He got a strong fenrir as a familiar now. It's a legendary beast. Of course food and money will no longer a problem.

My guess is, it will be similar to Slime Life and he'll shrink down to a more manageable size.

Well he has to cook for himself anyway, and if he opens a restaurant he can hire a cook to do it for him. Then maybe Fenrir can help him do quests for extra money (and hunt boars of course).

I never was fan of fenrir the useless wolf in manga of this series but besides that useless wolf it was preety fun to read.

He rules the roost so to speak. He initiated the contract, he is in charge and the human simply serves his purpose. Why should Fenrir act like some human's pet? He's freakin sentient!

As someone who read the manga I can tell you that this one is indeed good.

Manga is great, novel isn't.

It is if they read the novel. After a point, the story just repeats itself so much that their fan translator is fed up with it. It's at the point where the translator is just cutting out huge sections of repetitive text, noises, and etc then adding their own text in to make it less bland.

it starts as an isekai then get just Shokugeki no Souma (in a daily bland life), after reading the manga, I am not surprised if such thing happen, it is still great but there isn't much novelty. (Fenrir hunt, brings back monsters, he sells them to the guild (for Earth goods), get the meat from his monsters and then cook then they do nothing :p -since it isn't about him hunting the demon lord)
